How do I make reservations? |
| You
may call (812) 735-1003 or fill out our reservation request form and
you will be contacted with your conformation. |

Am I limited to my room? |
|
Downstairs rooms are available to all guests for your convenience
and pleasure. Cable TVs are in all the rooms, the living room and
the upstairs hall. |

Are refreshments available? |

snacks and refreshments are always available. |

What about security? |
| For
security, the entrance doors are locked when the owner or manager is
away. Efforts will be made to have someone here at all times.
Outside doors will be locked at bedtime. All bedrooms and the
bathroom have locks for your security. |

What about hot water
and toiletries? |
| We
should have plenty of hot water. Toiletries and towels on a drying
rack are in your room. Extra towels and washcloths will be in the
bathroom. A clothes hamper is available in the bathroom for towels
and washcloths. |

Smoking on the porch or back patio only, please. |

What Time is checkout? |
| Check
out is to be done by 10:00am. Later check outs are acceptable
with prior made arrangements. |

Ackman Real Estate occupies part of the living room on the first
floor. Fax and Internet are available there. Wireless internet
access is available in all the rooms |
